Changing the Past by Letting Go of Resentment

Lama Marut explores chapter Six of Master Shanti Deva's Guide to the Bodhisttva's Way of Life and all the reasons why we should avoid getting angry. Holding on to bitterness, resentment, and anger about what happened to us in the past keeps us from being happy in the present. Since our understanding of the past is constantly changing, if we can learn to take control of the process that we already do, we can gift ourselves with a better past.

This teaching was given in Melbourne, Australia January 2009
