Join us for 3 hours of mindfulness, silence and personal spiritual practice with a supportive community. A short meditation instruction will be followed by alternating sitting and walking meditations, with a closing dedication.

Come limber up beforehand with All Levels Yoga, offered by donation,
11 am - 12:15 pm.
