Jeremy is one of the co-authors, along with Culadasa and Matthew Immergut, of the bestselling meditation manual The Mind Illuminated. Jeremy follows Culadasa’s method of meditation, combining the insights of science with Buddhist contemplative training, to explore the potential of meditation in our everyday lives. Jeremy has practiced meditation for nearly a decade, and has accumulated roughly one-and-a-half years of deep retreat experience using this method.
