  • This class combines the basics of asana and alignment with the philosophy of Tibetan Heart Yoga Series 1 - suitable for beginners or those looking for a more gentle class.

    Open Heart Yoga joyfully reunites the Tibetan Buddhist and Yoga traditions by combining the "inner methods" (meditation and philosophy) and "outer methods" (physical poses and breath work) into a practice infused with wisdom and compassion.

  • With a focus on connecting breath, body, and mental/emotional self, a yoga practice that moves through the poses with a dance like flow; beginning to add more advances versions and variations to build and grow your strength and awareness.
